If your student could not be enrolled at a Great Hearts Arizona academy during the lottery period for the current academic year, Great Hearts Arizona offers a Rollover Period. The academy will contact parents or guardians prior to begin the rollover process. During this period parents and guardians will have the opportunity to have their student’s application transfer to the following grade level’s waitlist. By rolling over applications, parents do not have to re-apply each year. They will move up on the waitlist along with other rollover applicants, placing them ahead of applications received during open-enrollment. Please Note that applications cannot roll over from one school to another. It is each parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure that their application rolls over each year, so that they climb further on the list. Please note that Texas DOES NOT currently offer a Rollover Period.
