Below is a three-part annual Great Hearts Arizona Annual Coaches Orientation. Please complete all three courses and inform your AD upon completion.
Welcome to the Great Hearts Arizona Annual Coaches Orientation. Below you will find three mandatory trainings that must be completed each school year. Once all three courses are completed, please let your athletic director know. Please reach out to your academy’s athletic director if you have any questions.
PART 1: ACT on FACTS – 60 minutes
This is a new state mandated suicide prevention training. To access the course you will need to create an account with SPTS University. Once that is complete you will have access to the one-hour training course: ACT on FACTS, suicide prevention. Once you have completed the course, please print your certificate and present it to your athletic director.
To access the course, you will need to create an account. From there, follow these steps. • Scroll down to “Making Educators Partners in Youth Suicide Prevention” • Click on “Making Education Partners in Youth Suicide Prevention: ACT on FACTS (60 min) National Version” as seen in the image below (do not take the Delaware version).
