The theme of the 2022 Symposium will be the fine arts—from music and dance to painting and sculpture—with a focus on the way students in classical settings learn, not only to understand and appreciate fine art, but to create it themselves. Making (poesis) is the experience which gives shape to the soul. We will explore how practical skills, the masterworks, and pedagogy all fit together in a seamless tapestry.
