North Phoenix Prep Valedictorian

Senior Maria “Masha” Logvin has been selected by North Phoenix Preparatory Academy faculty as the class of 2024 Valedictorian. Logvin has chosen to attend Hillsdale College in the fall studying History and Classics.

She is a humble, kind, and worthy representative of this highest honor that a student at North Phoenix Prepcan be awarded. Her high academic performance, personal conduct, and positive participation in the school’s culture and activities has left a lasting impression on North Phoenix Prep. Most impactful, Logvin developed and led the peer-to-peer mentor program for middle school students transitioning to high school and was a leader in College Counseling’s Student Ambassador ECNA serving as a student host for visiting universities.

Outside of academics, Logvin competes nationally and internationally in ballroom dancing where she has achieved top honors year after year.

North Phoenix SalutatorianAn exemplar of servant leadership, Elina Pinkhasova has been selected as the class of 2024 Salutatorian. Next fall, Pinkhasova will study Computer Systems Engineering (cybersecurity) at Arizona State University’s Tempe campus.

As a young child, her family moved to the United States from Kazakhstan, and she joined the Great Hearts community in 3rd grade at Archway North Phoenix.

Her rise to become the academy’s Senate President (student government) began freshman year when she served as a member on the Social Committee. As Vice President junior year, her leadership was instrumental in coordinating our senior prom and earned her the respect of classmates and faculty alike. Pinkhasova’s humble spirit belies a strong leader dedicated to building community and advocating on behalf of the student body.

Please join us in congratulating these great-hearted seniors and their incredible accomplishments!
