New Christos Academy, Great Hearts Catalyst, Opens in the West Valley

We are excited to announce that a new Great Hearts Christos academy, Great Hearts Catalyst, will be opening at the Catalyst Church campus, located near 67th Avenue and Indian School in Phoenix, Arizona. The first day of school for the new academy will be August 14, 2024. “Great Hearts is excited to partner with Catalyst Church for its newest Christian classical academy location,” shared Great Hearts Co-Founder, Dan Scoggin.

Great Hearts Catalyst will take over the space formerly occupied by Catalyst Christian Academy, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for all students, families, and staff. This new academy will uphold the shared values and educational excellence that both institutions have long cherished. With large classrooms and a secure campus, Great Hearts Catalyst will provide an enriched educational experience, merging the best practices of Great Hearts Christos with the strong community support of Catalyst Church.

We could not have a better partner for our West Valley campus.”

Great Hearts Catalyst is a K-8 academy, which will include the first full middle school grades for Great Hearts Christos. Elementary and middle school scholars will discover the power of integrating faith with a rigorous classical curriculum. Great Hearts Catalyst believes a Christian Classical education offers the best way to develop the heart and mind to serve the Lord.
