Great news for families eager to join the Great Hearts community! Due to overwhelming interest, we’re extending Open Enrollment in Arizona for one more week! This is your best chance to earn a spot at one of our tuition-free, public charter schools for the 2025-26 school year. Act now! Applications are due by Friday, December 13, 2024.

Our enrollment team is delighted to welcome new families to our academies this upcoming school year. Arizona Enrollment Manager Stephanie Eck says they want to accommodate more prospective families and to ensure you have ample time to navigate the enrollment process. “We are excited to extend the Open Enrollment deadline and give parents an opportunity to take advantage of this extra time to apply for the 2025-26 school year at Great Hearts,” said Eck.

The Open Enrollment period is the perfect time for aspiring students to embark on their educational journey with us.

Our application process is quick and straightforward, requiring only five minutes to complete from start to finish. Follow these steps to apply:

  1. Visit our website: Head to https://greathearts.schoolaxis.com to create an account on our Parent Portal. If you already have an account, simply log in.
  2. Complete information: Follow the prompts and provide the necessary information for you and your student to create your account. Don’t forget to submit your communication preferences to ensure you receive important updates from the enrollment team.
  3. Select school: Choose your school(s) of preference and the school year 2025-26. You’ll answer a series of questions at this point to determine your preference status.
  4. Submit your application: After completing the online forms and submitting your application, you’ll receive an email with essential enrollment dates.
  5. Stay informed: Keep an eye on your email and/or text for updates regarding the status of your application. Our enrollment team will be in touch with any further instructions or information. Refer to the important dates listed below.

For our current Great Hearts students, please note that the re-enrollment process will be available in March 2025. Open Enrollment exclusively caters to new students seeking to be a part of our academies.
