This period, running from now until December 8th, is a crucial window for prospective students and their families to take the first step towards becoming a part of our vibrant learning environment. Enrollment for Great Hearts Christos, our private K-6 faith-based academies in Arizona, is also open. It is during this Open Enrollment period that aspiring students can embark on their educational journey with us. For our current Great Hearts students, please note that the re-enrollment process will be available in March 2024. Open Enrollment exclusively caters to new students seeking to be a part of our academies. If you or someone you know is interested in enrolling for the 2024/25 school year, now is the time to act! The Open Enrollment period provides a unique chance to secure a spot on our waitlist and hopefully an offer to enroll at one of our academies, known for their commitment to academic excellence and holistic student development. Our application process is simple and streamlined, taking only five minutes to complete from start to finish. Here are the steps to apply: Visit our website: Head over to https://greathearts.schoolaxis.com to create an account on our Parent Portal. If you already have an account, you would simply login. Complete information: Follow the prompts and supply the necessary information for you and your student to create your account. Don’t forget to submit your communication preferences so you don’t miss any important communications from the enrollment team. Make sure to provide accurate information to ensure a smooth evaluation process. Select school: You can now select your school(s) of preference and the school year 2024-25. You will be asked a series of questions at this point to determine your preference status. Submit your application: Once you have completed the online forms and submitted your application, you will receive an email with important enrollment dates.
