Great Hearts is once again going for the fences with our baseline partnership to bring families another Great Hearts Day at Chase Field with the Arizona Diamondbacks. Join other Great Hearts families on September 1st at 6:40pm as the D-backs take on the Baltimore Orioles. This year, Great Hearts has an exciting opportunity that came out of left field. Many of our academy choirs will team up to sing the National Anthem on the field before first pitch. Choral Director, Mr. Robin Neely, is confident they will be in full swing and pitch perfect! “With our nearly 100 students representing six Great Hearts Academies, we are excited for the opportunity to share our love of music with everybody in attendance at the D-Backs game on September 1st,” said Neely. “The Arizona Great Hearts choral directors have been working for over a decade to build this unified network-wide choral community with our annual Great Hearts Honor Choir Festival the last Friday of April, and it brings us great joy to come together again and make music within the first quarter of the school year as well. Thank you to all of our musical families for all of their support, and to our administrators for supporting us as we build programs where students can learn to use their voice in a mutual and unified pursuit of beauty.
