Submit Your Application to Attend Great Hearts Christos

Great Hearts Christos is thrilled to announce that new families can apply for the 2025-26 school year. Families seeking an academically rich classical education paired with meaningful spiritual growth are invited to apply to either of our campuses, Great Hearts Christos Gilbert or Great Hearts Catalyst. Applications are still being accepted for the current 2024-25 school year.

Great Hearts Christos a separate, faith-based, non-profit, private school arm of the Great Hearts organization committed to creating and offering the best ecumenical Christian academies in the country. Because they are private schools, the Christos Academies’ programs can, and do, integrate Christ-centered faith formation along with the proven classical model that has made Great Hearts academies the national leader in classical education.

Many families have already made the decision to give their children an education that will grow their mind, heart, and spirit and they encourage interested families to take the leap of faith. “There’s not been one parent I’ve met that has regretted [enrolling their child here]. We all talk about how it’s completely changed our lives,” shared a current parent.

Getting started is simple. Just create an account on the Parent Portal, where you’ll set up your family profile and submit your child’s application. The admissions process is designed to help us get to know your family and ensure a good fit.

We encourage all prospective families to schedule a tour of one of our campuses. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet our Christos team, ask questions, and experience the life of our school firsthand. One parent shared, “When we walked through for our tour and we saw the small class sizes, I knew my daughter would fit in so well and be able to flourish in that type of a small group environment. So, it was the small class sizes, and it was truly just the presence of loving and peace and just that feeling when you walked in it. It just gave us a knowing that we needed to be here.”

Once your application is submitted, our admissions team will review it carefully. Depending on the information provided, we may reach out for additional details, schedule a meeting, or request placement testing. Decisions will be sent by email, and we’ll guide you through the next steps to join our Christos community.

For families applying for the 2024-2025 school year, applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and decisions are typically sent within two to three weeks. For the 2025-2026 school year, we recommend applying by January 17, 2025, to receive a decision by January 30, 2025. Applications received after January 17 will be processed within two to three weeks.

We are committed to making a Christ-centered education accessible to as many families as possible. More than 90% of our students receive financial aid, and we work closely with families to ensure that financial need does not stand in the way.
