Tune in for Great Hearts Arizona Offer Day Livestream

Join us for Great Hearts Arizona’s Offer Day on January 16, 2025 at 9:00 AM (MST)! This special livestream event on YouTube and Facebook Live will broadcast the official lottery for the 2025-2026 school year, where families will discover in real time if their children will receive offers to attend a Great Hearts academy in Arizona.

Arizona Enrollment Manager Stephanie Eck will be your host throughout the livestream, sharing invaluable information about each of our academies. During the livestream, parents watching online will witness the running of lottery numbers for each school and grade level. Parents will see their academy and grade level displayed at the top of the screen, while six-digit student ID numbers will populate on the left. Assigned lottery numbers will appear to the right of the student ID number. Parents can find their student ID number in the enrollment portal where they submitted their application. The lower the assigned lottery number, the higher the likelihood that the student will receive an offer.

This year, there’s an exciting update. Offers will be sent out immediately after each academy’s lottery concludes. This change provides peace of mind for families awaiting news about their child’s enrollment status in real time.

Please remember that if your child doesn’t receive an offer on Offer Day, don’t be discouraged. This doesn’t mean you won’t receive one later. Our waitlists are continually moving and shifting, with offers going out throughout the spring and summer.

As the lottery numbers roll down the screen and offers are sent, you’ll hear from students, teachers, and administrators about the unique benefits of a Great Hearts education. Learn how your friends and family can enroll for the upcoming school year and discover why Great Hearts is home to the highest-performing network of elementary schools in Arizona and top-ranked schools for our upper (6-12) programs in the state.

Vice President of Operations Lyn Music will interview special guests during the livestream, offering insights into Special Education, Athenaeum After-School Programs, College Counseling, and college credit opportunities.

Any application that was submitted during the open enrollment period is eligible for the lottery. When academies receive more applications than available seats, a lottery determines the waitlist order. The lottery assigns a random number to each application, and waitlist placement is determined by this number, application type, and priority status. Priority statuses include children of employees, siblings of current students, military families, Archway graduates, and transfer students.
